My name is Lamar Q Phillips and I’m an entrepreneur from Woodland, a small town in North Carolina. Despite my community having limited opportunities, I made a conscious decision to create my own path to success. Under the guidance of my local mentors, I have applied the knowledge and insights I gained from them and embraced strategic risks to achieve a greater outcome in revenue generation.
The journey was challenging and sacrifices were necessary; however, achieving a goal requires steadfast focus and perseverance. While others see the fruits of my labor, I am passionate about raising awareness of the foundational work – the planting and nurturing of the seed – that must occur before any success can flourish. I can relate to real estate because, much like my own journey, it requires building from the ground up, starting with a solid foundation and growing through dedication and effort. My goal is to ensure that everyone prospers, fostering a collective success where we all can thrive together.
